he's at a small college without a vertical jumps specialty coach.
the fall starts with a lot of distance training until the holidays.
after the holidays there is a lot of repeat 200s and 300s, with
jumping on non-running days. two days of weight lifting per week,
but more time is spent on running than lifting during the season.
there were no plyos at all last season, but hope to add them to the
training this year, along with more weight training.
thanks,
dan
