Actually looks like a pretty sound jump. I'm more curious as to his training regime. Get back with me and I'll give you my 2 cents worth

he's at a small college without a vertical jumps specialty coach. the fall starts with a lot of distance training until the holidays. after the holidays there...

two things jump out at me on that one for the quick improvement. looks like the rotation may be a little slow which is causing him to rotate over the bar...
