hey craig, thank's for the info.  craig i'm 5'9" and weigh 155lbs, like you i work in the trades i'm a painter.  Last year i started lifting again and messed around and played some basketball, i felt pretty good so i tried to dunk!  After several aborted attemp's once i really tried i was throwin em down!  Before i left i was able to get a nice two hander in, so i know i still got hop's.  At 155 i'm only 10 pound's over my jumping weight of some 25 years ago so i think all i need is to get in jump shape.  Well see, thank's, stay in touch,  kerry myers
