Hi all,
It has become apparent that I don't use my arms effectively on the approach. I have recently been concentrating on driving my arms within sprint training, however is there a more effective way to develop a strong arm drive technique?
I have never done any weight training using my arms exclusively. Would this help or just add unnecessary weight?
