the picture is of her jumping 5'7.....she has also gone 5'6 at a meet and has never been lower than 5'4 at any meet this year outdoors....last year her best was 5'2 and she struggled to get that....
she is having a blast and feeling really good.....she will jump for UW-Madison next year and that is a goal she has wanted, so she is happy.

Kristi,I'm a bit confused by your explanation. You say that she's gone from a 5 foot to a 5' 2" jumper to going nothing less than 5' 4" this year outdoors and then say that the picture is of a 5' 7" clearance. Has she cleared 5' 7" this season or 5' 4"? There's sort of a big difference between the two.Either way, good for Kate as she has really struggled over the past couple of seasons with the coaching issues and everything else she's had to endure. I'm thrilled to hear that she stuck with it and is having success. She's probably enjoying herself a whole lot more too.Great news!Coach Stones
