I have not written anything in a long time, but thought I would share Kate's jumping success this year. She has gone from a 5 foot to 5 foot 2 jumper to going nothing less than 5'4 this year outdoors. This is a picture of her clearing 5'7.
She is limiting her jumping to competitions and working on weights and plyometrics etc. on off days. It is paying off! Enjoy
