Thanx a lot guys for your opinions and thoughts. i am not sure how i
acquired this thing. it might have been from wrong technique of doing
squats or running curves fast like coach dwight said. i have been doing
a lot of running. long distance and sprints for core strength.. and
yeeah i think as soon as it started hurting. i have tried to stay off
of it. and didnt compete in the meet we had yesterday at iowa state but
our next meet is on jan 12. so i hae some time to recover from these.
so i guess iice and inti-inflammatory drugs is what i should keep using
and rest.i have also bought those juper knee strap things. So i would
try not to jump on it. because some people said that they have just
jumped on it and it later went away. So thanks Dennis . i wdont want my
career to be short one. this is my last collegiate year. and i want to
do some damage this year.
So thanx all of you guys for your respond. its greatly appreciated.I
hope it feels better by next month.
Bayo Adio.
