I am 16 years old 6'0 and I would like to dunk. What kind of training
would you suggest me should I work with weights, platforms... ? I read
about "air alert" something about jumpsoles here: <a

platforms etc. What would you suggest me please.
I can already tuch the basket but I can't even dunk with tennis balls.
Please help me with advice.
