huh???

Not sure what the conversation was about..just came to my email....but this
is Ricardo Perez (Rich) I was a 7'4" jumper in 2000 but havent had the opp.
to train consistantly till this year..which I love...so hopefully its not
completly lossed. My currenlt goal is to just get back ot 7' so we'll
see..as for the no plio rule.."what the hell kinda thinking is that" I was
never in a weight program till now..I have a couple of x LSU jumpers helping
me (keisha spencer, monique freeman) they're trying to get back as
well...but plios was a way of life for me...u have to do them to jump
high..take it from a guy thats only 5'9"...anyhow good luck and hope u get
things straight...bless

I can be reached at rperezhj@... ...i dont really use my hotmail
address.

God bless and be safe
