Younes El Aynaoui reached his second quart finale in a Masters Series
Tournament this Year. It was only the first time that El Aynaoui
reaches Quart Finales in s Masters Series Tournament in the
Beginning of the year in Miami, El Aynaoui repeated that again today
in the Madrid's Masters Series Tournament by completing the exit of
the last American tennis player Robby Ginepry with 2 sets to love 6-
4 , 7-6(7/5).
Al Aynaoui was leading with a break in the second set but Ginepry
beaked back to force a Tie break. It's not the first time El Aynaoui
leading with a break in a set and could not serve the set out. I hope
will tray to work it out cause it's more a mental question and a
break of concentration. So with some more concentration and not let
the opponent have confidence in him by continuing playing aggressive
this would not happened again InshAllah.
United States was presenting in the 1/8 finales by 5 players all of
them went out including number 2 seeded and number One in the
Champions Race Andy Roddick defeated by the Chilean Nicolas Massu 7-6
(7/3) ,6-2 . Massu come back from 2-5 down to win in the Tie Break.
EL Aynaoui is going to play in the quart finales first the first
time the Frenchman and sixth seed Sebastien Grosjean who defeated
easily Vence Spadea(USA) 6-3 , 6-2.
El Aynaoui is drawn in a better half with Roddick defeated, Younes
can reach what his compatriot before him did: Karim Alami the Semi-
finales of Masters Series Tournament in Monte Carlo in 2000 and
Hicham Arazi even the Finale of the Same Tournament a year Later.
Even if Younes didn't win any Tournament this year, it's the Best
year of his carrier. He reached 2 quart finales in 2 Grand Slam
(Australian Open and US Open) and until now 2 Quart Finales in
Masters-Series Tournament and at least 3 other Slams. Thus this will
be the best End of the year Ranking of Younes El Aynaoui who can
break his Best Entry Ranking ever of 15 and still have the
opportunity with some other players to clinch the last 2 tickets for
The Master Tournament or at least to finish or to enter in TOP 10.
