I'm verry pleased to see that some one is also talking here in this
Group. I think that the Owner of this Group is not living any more or
he did quit tennis and news of tennis. It's true that the news of
Hicham Arazi is becoming a standard one going out in the first or
seconde round like you said the commentators says. Hicham had a enjory
in his Davis Cup Match against Spain, since then he didn't won any two
succecive matches in one tournament. There were some matches which he
could won easally but he didn't after winning the first set of those
matches. I think that he didn't play a lot of matches to get the ritme
of matches and tennis is becoming a Sport where you mast be 100% to
win any match the level of players is not as before the level is
nearly the same of the moost player in top 100 and it's just a matter
of good concentration and the mental and physique play a big rol in
it. I think that Hicham has a coatch "Terry Champion" which helped him
a lot to stay calm in matches but it seems that for a player like
Hicham who is a temperment player and was like that for year it's not
good to change all that in one time and reactions in court some times
helps that player to play better and to win matches like we use to see
Boris Becker or Ivanisivic who plays better when the get angry at its.
As you said also if Hicham had a good coatch he could be in top 10, I
think that untill now he didn't got that good coatch wich can let
Hicham give all what he have and helps him progress the things he
have. When we see that Lary Stefenky went with Rios, Kafenikov,... to
Number 1 in the World it says some thing about the big rol a coatch
can play in the progress of the player. And most top 10 players had
one of the top coatches too.
I hope that Hicham will remember next week in Hamburg the way he
played Thomas Muster there, and try to play some tennis like he did
there and get some ritmes of matches 2 weeks before Roland Garros so
he can go with positif feeling to Paris.
I think God that at leest there is some one still in the Moroccan
Tennis Trio who is doing Good this year after Karim Alami is still
loking for form, Younes El Aynaoui is playing the Best season of his
Carriere leading the ATP as the only player wining 3 tournament untill
now is some thing to be proud of. Bravo for Younes and Good luck of
you all in the Hamburg and Roland Garros and keep staying in top 10
untill the end with good results in Masters Series Tournaments and
Grand Slams cause with this idiot new system even if you'll doing good
in other ATP Tournament only best of 5 are counting and the rest are 9
Masters series Tournaments and the 4 Grand Slams.
