OLDSMOBILE BEACH VOLLEYBALL OLYMPIC CHALLENGE SERIES
RANKINGS<br><br>COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. - A total of 90 men have earned
Olympic Challenge Series points while competing in
Oldsmobile Beach Volleyball Olympic Challenge Series and
FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour events the past 12
months (including last May's Huntington Beach
event).<br><br>The Olympic Challenge Series rankings are based upon
a player's results in their last 5 Oldsmobile Beach
Volleyball Olympic Challenge Series & FIVB events during the
preceding 12-month period. The rankings will determine
which athletes will be nominated to represent the
United States in international competitions, including
the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour events, the 2000
Sydney Olympic Games, the 2001 Goodwill Games & the 2003
Pan American Games.<br><br>The Oldsmobile Beach
Volleyball Olympic Challenge Series opened its 2nd season
April 13-16 with more 52 men's competing for $200,000
in prize money in Deerfield Beach, Fla. The 3rd
event will be a men's & women's stop in Chicago, Ill.,
