to fill the
bill, so the Herd booked William & Mary. "It's done," said Marshall Athletic
Director Bob
"Kayo" Marcum. "We have a signed contract for the game."  William & Mary is the
final
game in a schedule that includes home games with Kansas State (Sept. 10) along
with
Conference USA contests against Southern Miss, East Carolina, SMU and Alabama-
Birmingham. William & Mary was booked to provide the competition in Marshall's
home-
opener on Sept. 3. Following that game, MU will host Kansas State and, then,
play Virginia
Tech in Blacksburg, Va., on Sept. 17.
