Mon-Thur, Feb. 19-22. Highland Center Cross Country Skiing, Bretton Woods,
New Hampshire, White Mountains, NH. Cross-country ski on the world-class
groomed trails at Bretton Woods located in Crawford Notch with fabulous views
of Mt. Washington. The Bretton Woods trail system extends all the way to
Highland Center, AMC's newest facility in the White Mountains. Our skiing
will cover much of the intermediate and advanced terrain in the 100
kilometers of the Bretton Woods trail system including skiing down the
backside of the Bretton Woods Alpine area. Beginner and novice skiers are
welcome to ski on their own. Lessons are available at the Bretton Woods
Touring Center. In past years we have also done a half-day snowshoe. Cost of
$260 includes shared rooms at Highland Center, two family-style meals each
day, and one social hour. Send check to registrar payable to Jim Scheef for
full amount. Payment is non-refundable unless a replacement is found by the
