If you don't mind a bit of a drive, you should definitely check out
Windblown in New Ipswich, NH just over the MA border from Fitchburg. Skiing
conditions there are fantastic!!! They got a lot of new snow and all trails
are open. Not to mention the great views of Mt. Monadnock, the hairpin
turn, and open slope, which is great for practicing your snow plow and
turns. I went up there Sa for a Boston AMC Skiing workshop and it was
great. Very nice mom and pop operation, you wouldt love it!! Lots of trail
options too and a great place to practice on hills.
