I Back Country skied at Savoy State Park off Rt 2 ( Mohawk Trail) MA,
outside of N. Adams, this past weekend. Found 1-2 " powder on a base of
crusty ice & snow. There are a few nice old trails that once were old roads
winding thru forest and hills. It takes approx 2 hours to drive there from
the Hartford area.
