Re: Tonight's Paddle, Friday 5th June

Just thought I'd say what an amazing trip! 32 people on the water - I'm not
sure I've ever seen that many on a trip to St Ives. The wind was perhaps a
little stronger than I'd hoped, providing a small tricky little chop. A bit of
a slog on the return journey with some fantastic acts of perseverance,
especially coming back up the estuary. Well done to all the 2 star guys for
battling your way up there.

Even the seagulls at St Ives enjoyed our visit, feasting away uninvited on some
of our ice creams!

A big thanks to all the helpers, without whom the trip could not have gone
ahead. Long may it continue!

Rich
