Hi Aaron,

I think a bike path alongside the promenade would be
great. For that matter, I don't see why riding on the
promenade is illegal - a good example of successful
pedestrian/bike mixed use is the path at Ala Moana
Park. Making the promenade mixed-use would probably be
the cheapest and safest alternative (in my opinion,
that is).
