Big Ass Taco: Looking For Long Haul Trucker: RE: another stolen bik   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #207 of 269 |
Justin:

I have been checking Aala park and the homeless shelter down here in Iwilei
several times a day for your bike, and keeping my eye out for it on my
various Travels and Adventures, but I have not seen it yet. Do not lose
heart.

Please all keep keeping your eyes open for this bike...
http://www.surlybikes.com/longhaul.html. it may have been painted over but
it has some distinctive features; the Surly logo on the front (which would
be easy to remove and may already be gone and\or painted over) and the
varous mounts... Please Study the Frame and Keep it in Mind...

On an almost unrelated note, I just tacoed my back wheel in a pothole on
River street... I may even have bent the frame, I have to get my shop to
take a look at it... I remembered your previous email regarding your claim
with the corporation council and looked it up in the listserve... I really
appreciate that email as I never would have thought about trying to recoup
this loss...

Truly you are a Hero to the Cause and your Karma will Surely Demand that the
Universe Return Your Bicycle...

-Matt
