Yikes, that took about three readings for me to comprehend
(I think). Not too bad, although they aren't entirely
correct that American victories pre-date the appearance
of Asian athletes... our mixed doubles victory in 1956
was ahead of Japanese pairs. Furthermore, nowhere does
hardbat.com allege any motivation for return to American
dominance at table tennis... personally, I would be just
as thrilled to watch a China vs. Korea all-hardbat team
match. It's the "what" that matters, not the "who".
