Dear Hapkido Family Members;

Beyond distinctions of doctrine or culture, Hapkido practitioners
share
a
2,000 year old heritage and a commitment to practicing the Hapkido
teachings
and philosophy. I am pleased to learn that Hapkidoists of many
different
traditions are participating in the development of a unified Hapkido
movement. Through the efforts of dedicated members who offer a wide
variety
of Hapkido teaching and training to assist sincere practitioners in
their
understanding and realization of the Hapkido world wide family. It is
my
sincere hope that this event and the relationships that it develops
will
contribute to the development of a unified Hapkido community around
the
globe. I invite you to participate in this coming together of Hapkido
masters of the world for the betterment of Hapkido and ourselves.

The KHF Invites You To Attend The World Hapkido Conference

Learn the realities of defenses against empty hand and weapons (stick,
knife, gun) attacks. Grand Master Oh Se Lim, the President of the KHF
and
Grand Masters of the KHF International Technical Team will discuss and
demonstrate traditional Korean Hapkido skills to defend against empty
hand &
weapon attacks and cover Dan Rank Promotion Requirement techniques.
There
will also be training on Ki development, Poboksool (belt & rope), dan
bong,
cane, pressure point attacks and Police escorting techniques and much
more.
This event is sanctioned by the National Hapkido Association and the
Korea
Hapkido Federation.

WHEN: Oct 24-26th, 2003 6 to 9 PM Fri. 10 AM to 6 PM Sat. 10 AM -
Noon
Sunday.
