Sorry but I do not know the number of this Mr. Anthony
Low nor Sar Bee. And I am not familiar with the
situations you have described below.

Don't despair, as your mail is in the discussion
group, I'm sure others would be reading this mail and
the previous mails. Perhaps they will contact you
directly as telephone numbers are seldom displayed on
the Internet (I could be wrong).

About knowledge in Hapkido, that makes two of us :).
I do not have any knowledge on it as well.. just
hoping to get some as I go along.

Will keep an eye out for you for that number though.
