Hello,
Just want to let you all know more about this Hapkido education
program.
KIHAP was founded in order to offer an educational opportunity
through a distance education style program to anyone interested in
the Korea martial art of Hapkido.
KIHAP is not the Korea Hapkido Federation, and the Korea Hapkido
Federation is not KIHAP. They are separate entities that are working
together to promote Hapkido. After all, we are one big family
through Hapkido.
But KIHAP is recognised by the Korea Hapkido Federation.
KIHAP is not an association. KIHAP is an educational program. A one-
time enrollment fee is charged only and they are a student of KIHAP
for the life of the program. This program gives its instructors and
students an actual organized, written curriculum so they know exactly
what is necessary for each belt level.
KIHAP was founded on the principles that regardless of style,
instructor or association, anyone interested in participating in the
program is welcome.
KIHAP is 100% dedicated to the professional promotion, proper
instruction, legitimate certification and unification of Hapkido, yet
we also offer instruction in other related fields.
Although some of us believe the KHF to be the premiere Hapkido
association in the world, others do not share the same belief. Some
people like what other associations have to offer them. In KIHAP, we
do not look down on anyone for their choice of association
affiliation. Our only concern is to provide legitimate certification
and the finest instruction possible to our students and instructors.
We welcome everyone.
In addition to the 79 kwans of Hapkido recognized by the KHF, KIHAP
also recognizes the following systems:
TaeGuck Moo Sool
Hwarang Kuk Sul
Ed Annibale's Miguk MuSul
Tactical Hapkido
GM Ed Annibale, President & Founder
Korean International Hapkido Accreditation Program

Hope this will be able to help you understand more about it, will
encourage you guys to look more into it and also join it.
Since this education program is done by many hapkido seniors, also
recognised by the Korea Hapkido Federation, NOT another Hapkido
Association/Organisation and EVERYONE is welcome to join, why not go
for it?
If you have any questions, go to the website to contact them or just
post here and I will try my best to answer them.
