Yes, I should have mentioned that :-).
During the thursday class we specialized in endurance with drills
based on going down and getting up off the floor.
Just so there is no confusion with the public or state officials. The
club is having a club social on Saturday for members only which is why
it is not advertized and during the social we will be doing some
sparring. It is not open to the public and we are not charging
admission. No trophies or prizes are being handed out.

First round - loosenup
break - back and forth in stance moving head over feet
Second round - jump rope shuffle

1 round loosenup and 3 rounds jumping rope various exercises with
focused kicking for form in between then 1 round of stretching. 3
rounds "sparring" with heavy bag focusing on specific techniques. 3
rounds shadowboxing and ringcraft in the ring. 2 rounds double end bag
with specific combinations, 1 round speedbag, finish with a minute of
loosenup again, and then 1 round stretching.

Hey fred...on monday Steve came in, and i told him about the club
social on the 29th and he said he would be able to make it. I
wasn't sure if you have spoken to him about between then and now so
I just thought I'd let you know. Hope you feel better.
I'm coming down with something so I won't be in tonight. I have to
work all week so I need to beat this. I apologize in advance for any
inconvenience. There will be no morning class on Tuesday and Thursday
and no Saturday class, of course.
