Monday class. Rob filled in for Adam
Man vs Mother nature.
It was very hot and muggy in the gym.
Class started off with a run,
class was ran with 3 minute rounds 40 sec break
3 rounds of jump rope, warm up, stretch
5 round circuit
ring back extention 10 reps with dips,
45 lb bar bench as many reps for 3 minutes
med ball push up
med ball wall ball with squat
45 lb plate movement for the round.
finish with bag work /multiple variations of combos. while each student was
woking the heavy bag
each student got into the ring and did handpad and punching bag drills.
each student was worked to the limit.
