terrance, tommy, and dan sparred round robin. approximately 6 round each
we started the class with the rude awaking
3 round of mixed exercises.
25 eight count pushups
50 squats.
lap around the property of the gym
25 jumping jacks
50 mnt climbers.
i intoduced jay to the heavy bags and showed him how to use them while the other
students sparred.
great effort by everyone. terrance and tommy are looking sharp.
dan did a great job at pressuring the guys.
and jay just dose not stop.
