tuesday class

we focused on head and body movement today.
We started with a 2 mile run and then ab work.
After that, we worked shadow boxing and the
slip, duck roll drill. We then moved to head
movement and punching from angles. 2 rounds of
pull ups and 8 count pushups and finished with
body punches. Good Class
