Monday Night

Started with run and conditioning stations. 5 stations, 2 minutes each
station, they were : Walking lunges front and back, Over head medicine
ball slams, "bridge to no where" do a bridge and move 5 wieghts from
left side to right then back, Grizzly bears, medicine ball get ups
(hold medicine ball to chest while lying on your back and have to stand
up, but u can't use your hands). We then focused our technique with
head movement drills. 1 partner held their arm out and the other
fighter would duck back and forth for the round. We next worked
slipping punches and throwing hooks (lead and reverses) to the body.
The last part of partner drills we did four punch combos and focused on
weight distribution and turning our heels out. We then went to bag work
where we repeated the drills but now put power behind them. The last 3
rounds were endurance partner 20's. We finished with ab-work.
