Started class with 2 mile run, 3 rounds of jump rope, warm up
shadowboxing during the brake. We then partnered up and did 5 rounds of
defensive drills with counters. We then did bag work for 7 rounds. The
last half hour we went into detail of weight transitioning: the
importants of it, proper technique, and what punches are thrown
depending on where the weight is positioned. We also work turning out
our heals when punching to get even more power behind our punches.
