Class started with class run and 3 rounds of jumprope. Fighters went to
the heavy bags working different combos at different distances. Tom and
Josua sparred. Heavy bag work continued while Terrance and Adam
sparred. The group then partnered up and did a jab drill while their
partner forced them to move. We then did body shots, and moved to
endurance punch outs on the heavy bags. Class ended with ab-work.
