I began with stretching then, to prepare us for the grappling
submission class on July 26th we are practicing one technique at the
start of the class then repeating it at the end. Today was just how to
take roundhouse kicks.
After the warm up, we did ab walk, hand stands and pushup/benchpress
we grabbed partners and had one fighter just punch jabs with the other
fighter counting. After the other partner went we did the drill again
to have them beat their punch count. Good drill.
We went to heavybags and started with punching in transition.
Next round was only power punches.
The third round was to put the 2 last rounds together.
We repeated our kicking drill from the beginning of class.
Then I sent them for a 2 mile run.
