We started the class with ab-work while passing the medicine ball back
and forth. We then went on a 2 mile run as a group, when we returned we
did 3 rounds of jump rope, shadowboxing between rounds to warm up our
punches. Next was 2 minutes of 8 count pushups, then we gloved up and
did bagwork. Boxers worked punching while moving, as did kickboxers,
both groups finished the last 2 rounds with endurance work. During bag
work we alternated upper and lower body work during the breaks. The
last ten minutes we stretched. Everyone did a great job and pushed
themselves really well.
