Brett, Jared, and I ran before class. We focused on technique Jared
and Brett partnered up to do handpads. Exercises were four punch
combos, catch and return, perry left right, duck and roll with right
cross left hook. I worked hand pads with Terrance in the ring. We
finished with Terrance using all power on the heavy bag, while Jared
and Brett rotated in for hand pad training with me in the ring. We
finished with abs each person picking different exercises doing 150
reps each.
