Tuesday Class

I broke the boxers and kickboxers in to 2 classes though we both
focused on endurance. There are definite differences to training both
the fighters. You can't just tell a kicker to follow along with the
boxers and add some kicks in. It just doesn't work that way. The focus
is too different. Adam also sparred 2 fighters today.

after we started with the traditional ab work and 20 min. of cardio, we started the class with 3 rounds of jump rope then moved on to power on the heavy bags...
