Handle Talks is the email group for horseplayers who want to change the game of thoroughbred horse racing. Our objective is to drive handle (our betting dollars) toward tracks that treat horseplayers with the respect they deserve. This group will work collaboratively to drive handle and effect change in the industry, including lower takeout, fair and shared simulcasting, and other efforts to give the horseplayer, the driving financial force of this industry, a say in how the business is run.
