The 19/22mm refers to the diameter of the tire. The tires I have are for 650s
(571 bead size
that is standard on most handcycles). I've always like the 22mm better than the
little 19mm
"pizza cutters," because they ride a little smoother. You get a more supple
ride at the same
PSI.
