Geoff -
Hello from the owner of your old bike from VA. I've burned 4 odometers now, and
have gone on a couple bike trips in WI and MN for several days, doing between
40-55 miles per day - not bad for someone who once took a 2-hour nap after
biking 1 mile! We live in WI, near MN where there is a fantastic paved trail
called the Munger Trail that goes from Duluth almost to MPLS (at times going off
the trail on the highway). I have never done more than a 55 mile roundtrip in
one day, but that was enough! I took the bike to Penascola where it was made, to
have it adjusted, and had special foot pedals made due to my shortness - after
that - biking became easier. i am looking into getting a new bike some day - one
that will allow me to use more of my upper body strenght. Anyway, had not
checked this list in almost a year, and quite suprised at the activity - great!
I will be more in touch as i continue to build my abilities. Mary Lee Vance

Subject: handcyclists Upright Top End Handcycle

Can anyone tell me if my friend can use a Minoura (or other brand)
trainer with an upright Top End Handcycle Excelerator? I've never had
one so I didn't know how to answer my friend's question. If not, is
there another trainer he can use?

Thanks!

Geoff
