AFAIK, the front end of the Top End is similar to my Quickie Shark -
this fits fine in a Tacx turbo trainer, using their smaller wheel
adaptor kit. The only problem is that the frame of the trainer blocks
access to the footrests - not a problem for me, but could cause
difficulty depending on the condition of your friend's legs.

Can anyone tell me if my friend can use a Minoura (or other brand) trainer with an upright Top End Handcycle Excelerator? I've never had one so I didn't know...
