I have a route that gives me a bit over 14 miles now. Takes me about
an hour and a half. Getting in better shape each day. It's hilly here.
On the flat portions, it is real easy. I could go all day long no
trouble. Those mile long uphills are where the workout is. I get up to
25mph coasting down, 31mph pedaling. I need to balance my wheels, lol.
How do we go about that ourselves? Any one have any do it yerself'
ideas?
After only a week, I feel like a new man! Going for a longer route
tonite, gotta avoid bad drivers, dangerous roads/low visibility, and
dogs. Not a fan of highway riding, but it's my only option now.
All the trails in the world here for hiking, but no bike trails. I'm
hunting tho...
Thinking about taking a video cam, or camera along to do short avi's.
...anyone else up for a movie swap? let me know!
John
