Re: handcyclists trainer

Hi Tom:

I have been using the Cycle-OPs Wind Trainer for years. Not too expensive, XLT's
are easy to fit, my Freedom Ryder requires an adaptor. The video tape that comes
with the wind trainer will be all you can handle.

Check out my web site, handbikeamerica.com.

Subject: handcyclists trainer

Hi All,

Any suggestions for indoor trainer for XLT Pro? Nothing too expensive as I
just need it for some cardio workout at home.

Also, does anyone has suggestions about creating a cardio workout routine
and schedule? I usually play basketball twice a week and work out twice but
want to do cardio handcycling now so I'll be ready when Spring comes around.

Thanks, Thomas
