xlt road crown compensator?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #3625 of 6048 |
I recently bought an xlt and I have a question. At different points
along the trail that I typically ride, it is difficult to go
straight. I can do two strokes and then I have to miss a stroke to
turn my bike so that I stay on my side of the trail. I am wondering
if this is caused by the road crown compensator? If so, is there a
way to adjust it? The trail pitches in different directions at
different points. Double fall lines seem to provide the biggest
problem.

It seems like when the trail pitches one way, I have no problem, but
when it pitches the other way, I have the above-mentioned
difficulty. Any tips are appreciated.
