Thanks for the response. My tires are 23mm. Are there wider tires for me to try
out?

There are many tires to choose from. I would recommend a tire for the type of
riding you do be at least 23mm and have some type of tread pattern. Smooth and
narrow tires are great as long as you ride hard surfaces as they offer less
rolling resistance. A 23mm will give you a better ride and in most cases less
prone to punctures.

Steve, There are wider tires possibly 25 & 28mm used for touring bikes in Europe the only difficulty is make sure the larger size will fit in your frame....
