I believe that Jay's Pedal Power in Philadelphia still sells handcycles (top
end only I believe) - he's on Girard Ave.

You can ride a handcycle on Saturday mornings with the Pennsylvania Center
for Adapted Sports (in Fairmont Park). They don't sell them though.
