mine translated it. See below.

Yes, it's about a handcycling race. Free-Mouse was organized in 2002 to train
"parapente" (people in wheelchairs) in using handcycles. If you go to their
site, Google should let you translate the page before you open it, although
their translations into English ain't so good,ain't so correct neither. But
you probably get the gist of it!!
Free-Mouse offers introductory training courses as well as advanced. The
training courses start in Trièves, in the south-Isère.
Cost of the training course: 380?.
That includes:
- formation and the specific material
- lodging in lodging accessible to St Sebastien.
- meals and breakfasts,
- transport during the training course
