Thanks for the reply, but I don't think that will work for a few reasons.
First, the wheels are incompatible. My handcycle has smaller wheels than my
chair and the chair has quick release axles while the bike has threaded. I also
don't think that the tires are compatible because the bike tires are more
durable and last longer and the wheelchair tires are softer and will wear out.
I also think that its a royal pain in the neck logistically to be swapping out
wheels and rebuilding the chair while you're sitting on the ground. And
finally, adding the weight on the back of the chair like that makes the center
of gravity even farther back than it is already and the front wheel will slip
easier going up hills.
I think the solution is a trailer that you can hook up somehow but I have not
come across the right combination.
