I'll let one of the soccer guys answer the registration question, but wanted to let you know that the Recreator just came out from Frederick County Parks and Recs and has all kinds of summer programs for the kids, athletic and otherwise. Their phone is 301-696-2936. Flyers for the Walkersville High School Soccer Camp (for kids K-8th grades) will be available this Friday. If one doesn't come home from school by the end of next week, try Glade Valley Allsports in town.
