REMINDER -- The Glade Valley Athletic Association will be holding elections for board member positions. Terms are expiring for:
President (one-year term)
Vice President (one-year term)
Secretary (one-year term)
Treasurer (one-year term)
Board member (two-year term)
Board member (two-year term)
Board member (two-year term)
Board member (one year term, completing the unfinished term of someone who is leaving the board)
If you, or anyone you know may be interested in running for one of these positions, please email me at swillis@...  NO LATER THAN March 15th with the name, phone number and email address, and the position for which you would like consideration as a candidate.Â
A slate of candidates will be compiled and will be presented for vote at the GVAA Annual Meeting on March 31st. You may nominate someone else for any of these positions, but we will need their consent before being placed on the final slate of candidates.Â
The GVAA Board meets once a month on the third Tuesday of every month at 8 p.m. at the Heritage Park Manor House.Â
