I am deeply saddened to tell you that Mark Baszak passed away on
Thursday, September evening at about 7:20 pm. His parents and close
friends were by his side. Calling hours will be on Monday, September
29 from 7 - 9 at the Agawam Funeral Home, 184 Main Street, Agawam
with a mass of Christian burial at 10:00 on Tuesday, September 30 at
Sacred Heart Church, 1103 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills. Mark's
family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to
the University of , Jazz in July Summer Music Programs Endowment
which provides support to the educational and performance components
of Jazz in July Summer Music Programs through student scholarship,
artist fee support, and programming.
