A couple of announcements:

1. The holiday party is set for Saturday December 8 at the Smith
Field House (same place as last year). As usual, we will supply the
drinks from the bowling dues but for the food it will be a pot luck
so that we can save our money for the end-of-year party. There will
be music, dancing and a gift swap. More details to follow so save
the date.

2. We had alot of bowlers who were "blinded" yesterday since there
were not nearly enough subs. This, unfortunately means that a number
of guys will have to pay for the night even though they weren't
there. It looks like we can expect the same for next week. In fact,
if you can't make it then it's probably safe to assume that you'll
get hit for the $13. One suggestion is to try to bowl since you have
6 days until next Tuesday. All you have to do is show up at the
lanes and tell them that you'll be pre-bowling; the Alley will take
care of the rest. The best time is early in the day but if they
aren't busy then I'm sure they'll be happy to accomadate you. You may
want to call them first. Email me with any questions.
