Again, more short-sighted BS from our fearless leaders. People are
killing each other? Hmmmmm, instead of addressing why they're trying to
kill each other, lets try to take away their guns. That way they'll all
make nice and not have a problem with each other anymore.
And hey, the really bad guys will still have them, as they buy them on
the black market, which is really beyond our means to control, but hey,
at least were trying....something.
And that's what it all comes down to. Being too ineffectual to actually
accomplish anything, they're simply trying to look busy.
